Wimberley Valley Saori welcomes you on an extraordinary journey within a form of textile art originating in Japan, called SAORI weaving.

We are a destination where one experiences loom weaving accompanied by a beautiful philosophy that encourages self-expression through individual creativity.

We’re here to inspire and gently guide as you enjoy the ease, simplicity, and freedom of SAORI.

In our studio, you can immerse yourself in the vibrant world of SAORI as you sit at our our looms, browse our collection of supplies, or partake in the creative magic of our weaving Workshops, Intensives and regularly meeting weaving Groups. Each handwoven piece, whether crafted by studio newcomers, repeat visitors or on-going students, carries the essence of SAORI's philosophy, embodying freedom, spontaneity, and artistic expression.

It’s always fun to receive a box from SAORI Global. In this case, I had placed an order to replenish my supply of ready-made black cotton warps.

One of the many game-changing features of the SAORI product line is that these ready-made warps come in a variety of widths – from a modest 50 thread ends, all the way up to 450 threads for the really ambitious weaver. The warps are also available in several lengths: 6 meters, 12 m, 20 m, and 30 m.
